You can provide feedback by logging into your account, and going to your Account Dashboard. Then select the proper emoji to be taken to our order feedback form.
If you are ever unhappy with an order, or would like some things improved, we'd be happy to redo it for you by the following business day! Please be sure to check the box on the bottom of the feedback form if you'd like a redo.
