ORDER SERVICE AGREEMENT (all membership levels)
I. MULTIPLE SESSIONS/EVENTS PER ORDER: Only one session or event is allowed per order. If our editors find that more than one session or event is included in one order, we will cancel the order, and request that new orders be placed for each session or event.
II. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Turnaround times suggested through the ordering system are estimates. PE will attempt to complete orders within an estimated turnaround time, except in the cases of: public holidays, acts of god.
III. SUBMISSION AND DELIVERY TIMES: In order to have your order completed in the estimated turn-around time, you must submit your order by 6pm, EST. Please allow orders to be completed by 6pm on the estimate delivery date, before being considered late.
IV. NO-RUSH POLICY FOR DELAYED RESPONSE TO SAMPLE ORDERS: If you have requested sample images for your order, Photographer's Edit will notify you via email when your sample images are ready. Please respond to these emails as soon as possible, since we only keep Raw files on our server for 14 days. In the event that your response to these emails is delayed, Photographer's Edit is not able to rush the order to compensate for such delays.
V. RECEIVED FILES: In order to help avoid orders being delayed, if we receive 15% or less difference in the image count, we will proceed with the amount of images provided.
VI. ORIGINAL IMAGE STORAGE: PE is not responsible for the storage of original images. We recommend backing up original images prior to uploading to PE for processing.
VII. PROCESSED IMAGE STORAGE: PE processed files are stored only for 14 days following order completion, upon which orders are automatically deleted from our servers. Clients are notified via email of order completion. Any potential order issues must be resolved within the 14-day time frame.
VIII. REFUNDS: PE does not offer refunds for services. If you are unsatisfied with post processing we will gladly redo your order until you are satisfied. Please be sure to complete your processing preferences so our editing teams knows how to best process your images.
IX. ORDER REDO'S: If there is a problem with an order, a redo must be requested through the order feedback system (with example images), within 14 days of order completion. Redo's will be completed within 1-2 business days. PE does not redo orders for culling, cropping or choice of black and white images, as these elements of processing are highly subjective. We allow 3 redo's max, per order.
X. REWARDS: Rewards are earned for all paid services at every membership level, as well as through our Referrals program. Rewards are not earned on the Premium Membership fee, Photographer's Edit Credit, cancellation fees, refunds or missed submissions fees. Rewards are given at the time the order is completed and expire 364 days from the date the reward is given.
XI. REFERRALS: Reward points for referrals cannot be earned as a result of posting a referral code to a public coupon site or any comparable service or website. Referral codes may only be shared on an individual basis. Points are given once the order is completed.
XII. DISCOUNTS: Gift Cards Codes and Coupon Codes of a specific monetary value may be used in conjunction. Only one percentage discount may be added at a time. First order discounts may not be used in conjunction with other codes.
XIII. RUSH SERVICE: Our Rush service is only available for non-scheduled cull/color-correction orders (under 800 images) at the time of placing an order. We cannot add on our Rush Service after your order is placed. If your order is eligible for Rush (based on image count and our image capacity), a pop up will occur during the order process. The Rush fee amount will be displayed in the pop up window and is based on +50% of your order. The turnaround time is 3 business days during non-peak season. During peak-season (June-December), your order will be done as soon as possible.
XIV. PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS: Due to complexity in workflow and copyright law, the services of Photographer's Edit are limited exclusively to professional photographers. We reserve the right to disable any account which is not represented by a professional photographer.
XV. REFUSAL OF SERVICES: PE retains the right to decline or cancel services to any photographer or photography studio at any time.
XVI. CONFIDENTIALITY and COPYRIGHT: We understand the importance of privacy and the significance of copyright law as it relates to your images. We do not remove any watermarks from images. Your images will not be shared with any entity or individual outside Photographer's Edit and its editing team and associates without your expressed permission.
SCHEDULING SERVICE AGREEMENT (Premium Membership only)
I. PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP FEE: The $99 fee covers your Premium Membership for 364 days from the date of the payment of said fee. Premium membership sign ups are available January 1 - August 31, so that we can maintain a wonderful experience for our existing Premium Members throughout the year, including the busy season. Bonus: For those that spend $1000 or more with Photographer's Edit in a calendar year, you'll automatically be granted a Premium Membership at no charge. If you were already on a Paid Membership, the Loyalty Membership will take over, and be good for the full calendar year.
II. BULK DISCOUNT: As a Premium member, you are eligible for 10% savings on a Bulk Credit purchase of $1000. Simply purchase $1000 of Bulk Credit, and your 10% savings will apply at checkout.
III. SCHEDULING ORDERS: In order to receive the faster turnaround time and dedicated editing team as a Premium Member, you must schedule your orders. When making your reservation, please provide an approximate number of images to be submitted with your order. Our system allows a leeway in image count of 10% over/20% under 201 images; 15% over/25% under for 101-200 images; and 30% over/45% under for up to 100 images. (So for example, if you are creating your reservation for 800 images, you may submit anywhere between 640-880 images.)
V. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Turnaround time starts at 3 business days for under 800 images, and starts at 6 days for orders over 800 images. This turnaround time requires the order to be placed through the scheduling system, and submitted with photos uploaded by 6:00PM EST on the reservation date. Our goal is to complete all scheduled orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. During our busier months, we see a fluctuation in turnaround times due to the amount of orders received. Due to this fluctuation, scheduled premium orders and rush orders are prioritized to be completed ahead of non-scheduled orders.
VI. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel an order through the Premium Membership calendar system up to 24 hours in advance of the reservation date.
VII. MISSED SUBMISSIONS: Scheduled orders with no order submission past the reservation date are subject to a $20 fee. If your scheduled date needs to be canceled for reasons out of your control (bad weather/sickness), please let us know, and we'll gladly refund the $20 fee.
