When scheduling your order, you'll need to share an estimated number of images to be submitted with that order. This is necessary for our team to manage capacity and process your images as quickly as possible!
We know from personal experience as photographers that in most cases, we tend to average about the same number of finished images from a portrait session or event. We suggest using that average as the estimated number to go with the order.
However, we do understand that exact numbers can be tough to guess, so we allow a bit of a buffer:
For under 100 images, you can submit 30% over, 45% under.
- (Example: Reservation is for 99 images, you can submit as low as 55 images and as high as 129 images.)
For 100-200 images, you can submit 15% over, 25% under.
- (Example: Reservation is for 150 images, you can submit as low as 113 images and as high as 172 images.)
For over 200 images, you can submit 10% over, 20% under.
- (Example: Reservation is for 800 images, you can submit as low as 640 images and as high as 880 images.)
***Please note that you need to update the actual image amount on the order form before checking out/paying for your order to avoid it being put on hold for an incorrect image count. So for example, if your reservation is for 200 images, but you have 220 images to submit: when filling out the order form, instead of placing the order for 200 images like you originally reserved, you would need to change that amount to 220 when filling out the order form before paying for your order.
