Support Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-8pm EST / 6am-5pm PST
We are closed on most major American national holidays. We are closed Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday. We are also closed December 25, 2023 for Christmas Day, as well as January 1, 2024 for New Year's Day.
Where can I find the status of my order?
Go to your Account Dashboard, then in the 'Orders' section, you'll see an EDC (estimated date of completion)! Easy, right? For a refresher on our turnaround times, check out this page.
How can I submit order feedback, or request a redo?
1. Go to your Account Dashboard
2. In the 'Orders' section, click on the star ratings under the 'Feedback' column to be taken to the feedback form
3. While on the feedback form, you'll have the option to request a redo! (We generally can have redo's completed within 1-2 business days!)
For questions about our services or the status of an order:
1. FAQ Section - There is a wealth of information on our FAQ section; just search your question, and you'll likely find a detailed answer - even with video demonstration!
2. Submit a Ticket - If you've searched for information and cannot find what you're looking for, just click on the "Submit Request" button at the top right corner of this window to get in contact with customer service. We got you!
